OnLy 1411 LeFt!!!

It makes me sick to know that there are only 1411 tigers left in India
n dis was 4000 few years back..if proper care is not taken, they will
soon b extinct! Helloooooooooo..we are talking bout our national
animal..time to wakeup ppl..
Thanks to Aircel, one of the leading mobile service provider of India,
for release this awareness advertisement “Save Our Tigers”. Watch it,
for sure it touches your heart. The campaign calls for immediate
action as the specie pushes nearer to extinction.
Every little bit helps. You can speak up about the cause. If you are
blogger you can write about the tigers on your blogs.
If we don’t act now, we could lose our heritage.

Dont let dis specie go down into books..

I hav picked d fact written below frm wiki-

"In a poll conducted by Animal Planet, the tiger was voted the world's favourite animal, narrowly beating the dog..More than 50,000 viewers from 73 countries voted in the poll. Tigers received 21% of the vote, dogs 20%, dolphins 13%, horses 10%, lions 9%, snakes 8%, followed by elephants, chimpanzees, orangutans and whales."

ACT NOW..b4 its too LATE..

Its KHAN, from the Epiglottis...

Its a story of a very special man who undertakes a very special journey n will surely hav a lasting impact. The message of humanity dosnt come in long n boring speeches but in a concise, amusing n a short n snappy manner..

MNIK sets off with Rizwan(SRK) boarding an American flight being frisked after a suspicious co-passenger hears him chanting religious passages. Innocent Rizwan misses his flight n decides to move on by bus and here we come to know bout his past. His ammi taught him d lesson of humanity ”duniya mein sirf 2 tarah k log hain-achhe, jo acha kaam krte hain aur bure, jo bura kaam krte hain...aur koi farak nahi hota..”n dis forms one of d pillars of d story.

Rizvan suffers from Aspergers syndrome, a disorder which makes it difficult for people to interact socially, n comes to live with his younger brother in the US after their mother dies. He gets along with his brother in selling d beauty products of Mehnaz khan..which will make ur skin glowwww(outstanding dialogues at dis point)..

In d process he meets hairstylist Mandira , a free-spirited woman who lives with her six-year old son, Sam, from a failed marriage. While Rizvan falls in love with Mandira,(tere naina song..ohhhh its so touchy) n asks her to marry him..she too grows fond of the good-natured Rizvan...An unlikely romance...She asks if Rizwan can take him to a place where she has nevr been b4 in san franscisco, she will marry him..n so he does.. d way she proposes n rizwan xcepts also touches..awwww so sweet...Kajol is brilliant and this time her eyes do a lot more talking than her words...finally they get married...here comes SAJDA...an apt song at an apt place..we now hav MANDIRA KHAN..

Thr is an xceptional chemistry between the two supremely talented actors. More than a strong political statement and moving message of peace, My Name Is Khan is a LOVE STORY of a man who can’t express his love through words, only deeds...

The perfect existence of the Khans gets disrupted, howevr, after the September 11 attack on the twin towers in New York City. Sam gets involved in a tussle with a few college ruffians who beat him up because his second name is Khan.Sam dies of his injuries and a shattered Mandira blames Rizvan for his death. She blives that sam died only because his last name was Khan n so she asks Rizvan to leave her. Rizvan tries to assure Mandira that things would get better, but she tells him that as long as he remains a Khan, he would be looked upon as a terrorist, even if he persuaded the US president otherwise.

Rizvan thus sets out on a journey that takes him from one US state to another, following the movements of the president for whom he has a message: “My name is Khan, and I’m not a terrorist.”

In the meantime Mandira manages to get his sons murderer behind bars..and Rizwan becomes a national hero for saving ppl at welhamina, Georgia(i don’t remember d place’s name properly)...

The movie ends with Rizwan finally meeting the newly elected prez OBAMA..who nevr actually looked like obama..watevr...finally ITS HAPPYS ENDINGS..

Overall a good movie on Islam, Autism n LOVE..Rizwan moves by his clock. But his tale is timeless.

Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t PLAY Rizwan. He becomes one with the character..anothr thumbs up performance by SRK...

A linguistics professor was lecturing his class one day.

'In English', he said, 'A double negative forms a positive. In some languages, though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative. However, there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative.'

A loud voice from the back of the room piped up, 'Yeah, right.'
